Maciej is Head of Unit for Diversification Strategy and Joint Purchasing at the Directorate-General for Energy at the European Commission. Maciej has been working in the European Commission since 2008, dealing with energy markets. Since 2022, he has been developing the EU Energy and Raw Materials Platform, and currently the new mechanisms for demand aggregation and joint purchasing of hydrogen and derivatives, gases, and critical raw materials.
