UK-based Forest Fuels makes another acquisition

UK wood fuel supplier Forest Fuels has acquired the customer contracts of Cornwall-based wood pellet business Mi Generation.

This is the second acquisition the firm has made in the second half of the year. In early July, Forest Fuels acquired Midlands Wood Fuel.

Under its new acquisition, Forest Fuels will take over all of Mi Generation’s customers and all Mi Generation vehicles will be rebranded to Forest Fuels colours.

Forest Fuels managing director, Peter Solly, said:  “We’re very pleased to have completed this previously announced deal and look forward to bringing the Forest Fuels’ customer care to ensure that our newly added customers are happy with the change over.”
