QED forms strategic partnership with Siegrist

UK-based environmental monitoring equipment manufacturer QED Environmental Systems announced in a press release that it has formed a strategic partnership with German gas measuring firm Siegrist.

According to the release, Siegrist has expertise in the design and distribution of products related to anaerobic digestion, landfill and biogas specifically.

“Our partnership with Siegrist brings together two market leaders in our respective fields,” said Paul Gooch, Global Sales and Marketing Director at QED.

“With shared objectives and complementary competencies, we will be able to provide our customers with the best and will offer the market a unique blend of proficiency and advanced products unlike any other.”

The news of the strategic partnership follows a trend of QED’s growth in the biogas and anaerobic digestion market. In September of 2018, Bioenergy Insight reported on QED’s acquisition of gas analysis technology provider Geotech.

“The global biogas market has grown exponentially in recent years and is definitely an important part of the future hybrid energy system,” Gooch continued.
