Business news: Balmoral Tanks acquires pipework specialist
Balmoral Tanks is expanding into the pipe arena, following the acquisition of Chesterfield, UK based Servomac.
Established in 1999, Servomac designs, fabricates, installs and tests pipework systems for biogas sector, as well as water and renewable energy.
Balmoral Tanks specialises in tank design and storage, as well as treatment products. This includes a broad range of services and installations for the anaerobic digestion sector.
Following the acquisition, Servomac will continue trading under its own name, as a division of Balmoral Tanks.

Earlier in 2018, Balmoral opened a new, purpose designed factory in South Yorkshire, which house houses a new epoxy coating line and in-line shot blasting, as well as laser cutting technology and fabrication facilities.
